To allow cookies, open a web page and click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the window (assuming your browser is
Internet Explorer).  Scroll down the tools menu.  Then select Internet Options.  After a new window pops up, click on the
"Privacy" tab at the top of this new window.  On this screen you will see a slide bar that you will need to the "Medium" or
lower level.  Now click on the "Apply" button.  Your privacy settings should now allow cookies.

Allowing cookies when using the Mozilla Firefox browser is similar.  Go to Tools, Options, Privacy and check the box
Accept Cookies from Sites.
